Also, while i popped it i felt zero pain and it popped before i even put a large amount of pressure on it. This all happened yesturday and is now little but a red mark.

About once a month I get what I think might be acne or a cold sore, but I’m not sure what it is or how to treat it. It starts somewhere on my face with a painful swelling of about the size of a dime.
